ND Junior Duck Stamp exhibit

The Bowman Regional Public Library invites you to visit the library to see the many entries to the 2022 North Dakota Junior Duck Stamp Competition.
The ND Junior Duck Stamp program teaches biology and habitat conservation through scientific observation and artistic interpretation. The contest is open to Kindergarten through 12th grade students. Students are judged in four age groups at the state level – Grades K-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12. Three first, second, and third place entries and sixteen honorable mentions are selected for each group.
Bowman County Schools student, Matthew Kvaale, was one of the winners this year. He received a second place in the Grades 4-6 age bracket with his colorful drawing of a Wood Duck.
The exhibit will be on display at the Public Library through December 20th.
